We are big fans of Pete the Cat in our house. Big fans. We love his groovy buttons and we love his new school shoes. We love everything about him and now we have a new love, his 12 Groovy Days of Christmas.
To share in the joy of this groovy, giving season, we hosted a storytime at Rescue Village in Geauga County. Friends brought donations for the shelter to help the animals who are waiting for their forever home. We ate snacks, colored Pete the Cat coloring pages, made pom-pom kitten toys for the shelter and met Weezer the cat. But, the most exciting part was reading the new book, Pete the Cat's 12 Groovy Days of Christmas! We went on a road trip to the sea, picked up Pete's friends along the way and gave gifts to all his friends. All while being GROOVY!

Our family loves Pete the Cat because he is always doing good and getting through life in a chill way. He takes care of not only the people around him, but himself as well. He is one groovy cat!
