FarmFest: Ribs, Brew & Music is a special free event for the entire family, on Friday, July 12 and Saturday 13 at Lake Metroparks Farmpark. Enjoy an assortment of food including BBQ and ribs, live bands, children's activities and craft vendors. Debonne Vineyards and Double Wing Brewery team up to serve selections of their popular wines and beer; available for purchase 5 to 8:30 pm Friday and noon to 8:30 pm Saturday.
On Friday, July 12, 5 to 9 pm, purchase a meal from one of the BBQ vendors. Activities for children include corn hole, hand corn shelling, corn grinding, barrel train rides, pedal tractors, fishing, corn hole, hand corn shelling, corn grinding, equine activities and barrel train rides.
On Saturday, July 13, activities scheduled throughout the day between 9 am and 9 pminclude fishing, wildlife presentations highlighting animals from Lake Metroparks' Kevin P. Clinton Wildlife Center Experience Farmpark with popular activities including cow milking, wagon rides, ice cream making, border collie sheep herding demonstrations, corn hole, hand corn shelling, corn grinding, equine activities and barrel train rides.
