Young Sewers Camp - ages 7-15 - Some sewing experience helpful
In this four-day camp, campers will make four projects. These projects include a backpack, reading pillow, bed organizer, and Tie-dyed T shirt. Skills learned will include working with a pattern, applique, pockets and Tie-dying techniques. All projects will be done on a sewing machine. Campers will learn how to run the machines. On the last day, we will have a fashion show where Mom and Dad and guests can come to see all the wonderful, completed projects. Refreshments will be served.

Prerequisite - Must have basic sewing knowledge.
Enter the world of Fashion Design. Be your own designer while making an original top made to fit you perfectly. You will make a double of yourself which will then be your personalized dress form. To design your top, you will learn sketching skills along with pattern-making skills to make your own top. On the last day, we will have a fashion show where Mom and Dad and guests can come to see all the wonderful, completed projects. Refreshments will be served.
